Description

I am looking for some people who can submit many email addresses, all from different IP's. When it has been determined that the email has been accepted, I will pay 1$ per email submission. However, if they are sent from the same IP's, I won't pay anything.

You can work as much or as little as you want, but I would like to be getting about 1,000-10,000 submissions per week. As such, the "budget" really isn't a set standard, because 500 submissions gets you 500 dollars, and so on. Also, this can be a long term interaction because I will have similar tasks to complete very often.
