Description
This we are looking for a long term relationship with steady pay each week on this weekly job. There is a second and very easy job the description of which follows toward the end of this more detailed description.The first project is a very simple but important and sensitive weekly research and data compilation project which must be completed each week by Friday at 8:00 am EST. The ultimate purpose of this project is to create a mailing list for use with a mail merge form letter.
The compiled data file of the effort must be delivered as an email attachment to the buyer by 6:00 am EST on Friday of each week.
In basic terms the task entails compiling a list of names which are obtained from a published list of court opinions which themselves are posted to the web each week usually on Thursday afternoon EST.
Once a gross list of approximately 175 court opinions are compiled through select, copy, and paste functions then the names listed on the opinion are to inspected and those opinions which are not of a certain kind are to be removed from the gross list. This will yield a net list of between 100-150 names each week.
The names which are found on the net list are then to be cross referenced to another website which contains a public information data base through which the persons named on the list may be located.
The public information is then to be taken from the second website and a mailing list is to be created from the public information.
It is suggested that the project requires the provider to have a fast internet connection and an "address grabing" software. AddressGrabber is a commercial software of the type needed to efficiently pull the public information from the second website to speed the job. Whether shareware or freeware or other ways of doing this project exist I am not sure however this description seems to me to be perhaps the most efficient way to accomplish this task.
This job should take approximately 8-12 man hours to complete each week. The court opinions are published around Thursday afternoon of each week and the finished project must be provided within about 12 hours of the time of publication EST. T
This project would seem to be ideal for those providers in Asia due to time zone differences and the need for "night work" if the job is awarded to a bidder working in the western hemisphere. However, those working in the EST time zone wishing to begin around 5:00 p.m. EST should be able to finish this project by very early Friday morning EST.
Payment would be weekly by paypal weekly. A more specific set of instructions will be provided to the winning bidder. Again, please feel secure in bidding. The tasks are very basic and a well rested detail oriented person of normal intelligence working steadily should be able to do this in 8-12 hours. If two persons combine on this project then it would becomes easy. If more than two combine then this project becomes easy to say the least.
We also have need for an even simpler mailing list to be created from a master document containing perhaps 1100 names. The master document would be scanned and emailed to provider. I would suggest using an optical character recognitition software to grab the names but careful proof reading would be necessary to make sure the name was correctly captured. Then the name would need to be merged with an address to complete the mailing list. I suggest that this job perhaps 4-8 hours of work.
Again, these jobs require only simple skills and are easy to accomplish given a fast connection, basic software, effiency and attention to detail.
