Description

I want the contact details of US Lasik Eye surgeons. Each record should contain the following fields. 1. Surgeon name, 2. Email id, 3. City, 4. Phone number. Data has to be filled in Spread sheet. For each record Email is a must. Please bid only if you are able to get atleast 1000 records and quote the price for each 1000 records. You have to mention the directory/ website url from which you are extracting the data to prove that you are able to list a minimum of 1000 unique records with Email ids.
