Description

I need lists of the following:
1) Hispanic schools (high school) in the US -- 500
2) Health Care Practitioners in the US -- 1400
3) Health Care Practitioners in Canada -- 300
4) Health Care Practitioners in the UK -- 300

Each entry MUST have the following data:
1) Name of Company/Organization/School/Clinic/Hospital/Office
2) Telephone Number
3) Mailing Address
4) Email Address
5) Website

Data may be retrieved from SuperPages.com, AllPages.com, WhitePages.com, Switchboard.com or any other source. Deliverables MUST be in Excel worksheets and each email address must be valid. Entries with invalid data will not be counted. Formats and other technical specs will be discussed with the winning bidder.

Payments will be released after every 500 entries. The winning bidder is expected to submit a list of 100 validated entries 24 hours after the project is awarded. Validated outputs must then be submitted in increments of 200 every three days thereafter.
