This is a re-posting of a project that I previously listed. The winning bidder has had some problems and is only able to partly finish the project. Please read the below very carefully and only bid if you will be able to complete the project as described below.

We need someone to do data entry of businesses for a yellow pages directory that we are creating. The data needs to be compiled from four (4) websites. I will provide the URL reference pages via private message if you are interested in learning what they are.

The job requires getting all the data, both US and international businesses, from these sites. The data is to be compiled in Excel format. I already have an Excel file set up which is attached and has some notes to explain things. Please review it before bidding. You will be required to edit out all repeated businesses and arrange them in a fashion so that we can see which site/companies overlap with the businesses. The attached excel sheet easily demonstrates the format.

There are a number of fields (business name, address, phone, email, fax, url, etc) that need to be collected and entered. Only the data on the URL's need to be entered. For instance if there is no phone number listing for the business no more research is necessay, simply leave it blank.

You may do the data collection by hand or use a site scraper if you have one that you can leverage for the project. Several of the sites will lend themselves to a site scraper. It is up to you how you get the information into the proper format in Excel.

None of the sites require a user name or password.

All the sites I will give you will be able to provide you with the required information, however some clicking/navigating around will be required from the URL because the data may be divided by state or country.

PLEASE NOTE: This project is being priced on a flat rate. The winning bid that is accepted will be expected to complete the project. We will not pay on a per entry basis, only the flat rate winning bid.

With a successful completion of the project we will give the winner a very good review.
