Description:	Hello, I would like two things: First, an email list for as many Chiropractors in: 1.)The U.S. 2.)Canada 3.)The rest of the world. Please provide the number of Chiropractor emails you can obtain (or at least estimate you can compile) for each geographical segment and the price. (preferably the price should be broken down into individualized prices for the three geographies if possible) Ideally, list would be provided in excel. Second, an email list for as many Physiotherapists in: 1.)The U.S. 2.)Canada 3.)The rest of the world. Please provide the number of Physiotherapy emails you can obtain (or at least estimate you can compile) for each geographical segment and the price.
