Description
Here is what I need:A person who is fluent in English and can easily be understood to call and ask permission to fax a document to them.
I have a 2-3 sentence script for you to say, and ask for permission to send a fax about a seminar coming to their area. I will want you to extract the list of phone #'s from superpages.com within 50-100 mile of the selected cities. Most cities will have approximatly 100-200 clinics to call. A couple of cities will have about 400 clinics to call. There are 35 cities.
The script you will be using is:
Hello – this is ______________. I am with Total Motion Physical Therapy and we are hosting a physical therapy seminar in your area and wanted to fax a letter inviting your therapists to the seminar. Can I get your fax #?
You will then place the information in the spreadsheet (see attached)
In Summary:
1. Extract physical therapy Phone #'s from www.superpages.com for 35 cities. Search criteria is for clinics up to 100 miles away from clinic. I want the spreadsheet to have between 100-200 fax #'s on it. The more the better.
2. Call to get their fax #'s. You must call because it is illegal to simply send a fax without permission
3. Put information in a spreadsheet
I will want a daily spreadsheet sent to me with updates. My assumption is 1-3 cities can be completed a day, by an individual. So this will at least take 10 days for an individual. The entire project must be completed within 25 days, and daily updates must be given each of those days. At least 1 city a day must be completed.
