Please bid on a fixed ANNUAL cost (your price per year) for 150 document requests per month or less.
THE PROJECT:
1. You will receive an email request for an MSDS (material safety data sheet).
2. For each request, you ONLY have 20 minutes to complete the following task:
- Search for the MSDS document by conducting a google search using the product name and the word "MSDS" after it. (for example, a request for "Duoderm" from "Convatec" will a require a google search of "duoderm msds")
- Download the english language MSDS document
- Convert the document into PDF (if needed. Most will already be in PDF format)
- For each MSDS PDF document, you will need to do the following:
1. Click on the 'Ctrl' key and the 'D' key at the same time to bring up the Document Information screen. In this screen you will enter in;
-TITLE FIELD - The name of the product
-AUTHOR FIELD - The name of the company
-SUBJECT FIELD - The date of the MSDS sheet (the date is usually available)
-KEYWORD FIELD - The CAS number(s) on each sheet (there may be more than one. The CAS may not be available)
then the OKAY button, and then save the document.
Once this is completed, you will then email the document to the two email addresses found in the email request.
- Task must be 100% completed within 20 minutes from when the email is sent.
- Requests may come anytime of the day, any day of the week. YOU MUST HAVE 24 HOUR A DAY SERVICE, 365 DAYS A YEAR, NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will initially receive 600 document requests, and then an average of less than 5 documents per day.
For the first set of documents, you will receive 10 cents USD per document.
You will have two weeks to complete the first set of documents.
You only have 20 minutes to complete and email each document after that.
If you cannot locate an MSDS document, you still must email back that you cannot locate the document, and we are still researching it.
Please bid on a fixed ANNUAL rate for an average of 5 document requests per day or less. If there are more than 150 requests in a mont, you will be compensated a prorated amount extra.
You will be paid 1/12th of the contract price each month.
- Payment through GAF with an Escrow account after a trial period. Funds will be released after checking for input quality.
- Please consider the following, when applying for this project. We will cancel the project, and withhold payment if the chosen provider:
1) Does not complete 95% of the requests within 20 minutes.
2) Does not respond to emails within 24 hours.
3) Does not locate MSDS's that are easy to locate.
