Description:	Hello, This site has been built– nokillnetwork.org. Now what I need is for someone to populate the directory with information about organizations in each state. The goal of the project is to list as many organizations for each state as possible in the directory, which should be a total of no less than 200 overall. Here’s an example of one state that already contains two entries: http://www.nokillnetwork.org/d/Kansas/ This project involves two main steps: 1. data entry based on web research a. I will provide instructions for finding the organizations to add to the directory. These instructions will be something like, “go to this web page and add all of the listed organizations to my directory,” or, “do a google search for these keywords and add any organization that meets this criteria.” b. Adding the information to the directory is done via web-based interface. Example: http://www.nokillnetwork.org/d/index.php?cat=16&location=link_add Three-four fields required for each entry. c. After submitting entries via the form, you will need to login to the admin interface and mark them as “approved” in order to publish them. d. Here is an example of the end result of the data that needs to be added: http://www.nokillnetwork.org/d/relat/related16_3.html 2. email to organization a. for each organization that is entered into the directory, a corresponding email must be sent to the email address for that organization (meaning that you’ll need to find this email address as you add them to the directory and store it for later use). The email text will be provided, but care must be taken to replace certain elements with the organization’s name, state, and the URL where they are listed in the directory. All emails will be sent from an email address that I set up, and sent copies of each email will be saved for my review. No emails are to be sent until step 1 is completed. No follow-up emails are required, just one per organization. The majority of this project is copy+paste. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for bidding!
