Description

I need someone to research educational meetings for optometrists - not ophthalmologists - in the US and abroad for 2007 and 2008. I estimate that the total entries will be in the 200 range... I'd need an Excel spreadsheet, or Access database with the resulting entries. I would need (In order of importance):

1) Meeting Name
2) Meeting Dates
3) Meeting Location (City, State, Country)
4) Contact Person
5) Contact Phone Number
6) Meeting Host Site (Hotel, convention center, etc.)
7) URL to Meeting Web Site (if exists)
8) Number of total hours of lecture offered (if readily available)
9) Number of COPE-approved hours offered (if readily available)
