Description

I am in need of an individual to handle order taking for an ecommerce website. The duties would include:

- Manually submitting orders 2 times per day at our various suppliers/drop ship websites.

- Updating entered orders with shipping status and tracking#s

- Answering customer service emails

If you are capable of accepting phone calls as well from our sales/customer service number, please let me know that as well.

You MUST be:

- Articulate in english
- Organized

There are about 10-20 orders per day now, but this will increase over time. Im looking for someone who will charge by the minute/hour of actual work and not while 'waiting' for orders to come in.

I estimate from 2-6 hours per day Mon-Friday from the start.
