Description

We are seeking an experienced CL poster to work with us ongoing. 1st week is a trial week. We need minimum of 50 posts per day - 5 day week /unflagged/unghosted minimum 24 hours- lowest Per-ad price wins
To create traffic to my website for Mortgage refinances and Purchase Loans for Homes.

Please do not bid unless you agree with ALL of our terms.

First - You must have everything necessary to post. We will not give you PVA's, IP's, gmail accounts, Ad creators, or anything else WHICH IS necessary for getting these ads out. If you can revise my information with html and image ads, even better.

Second - We pay weekly thru GAF after you have completed the work. Escrow is fine. Do not ask for daily or upfront payment. No pay out of escrow if you abandon the job.

You must be someone who can post 7 days per week during USA hours and be available during posting hours.

Be prepared to begin immediately.

We will not respond unless you include:

1) BEST price per ad.
2) Complete policies including details about flagged/ghosted.
3) Ads posted by 10 am each day -i need an excel by the end of that day to validate each posting is still in tact within its 24 hours/ for tracking
