Description

I have four PDF files (sample is attached) that needs to have data extracted from them and entered into an Excel format (also attached).

Once this has happened, you must visit a website and enter one of the fields, then collect and copy two values that are shown on the website into the spreadsheet. The URL and two fields to be copied are referenced in the Excel spreadsheet so you can go to the URL, enter the information, and see what results I am talking about. *** DO THIS BEFORE YOU BID ***

You MUST reference the field that is being entered into the website in your bid for it to be considered.
