Description:	Instructions for the project The goal of this project to extract a telephone number(s) of person/Company I will be calling. I should have as much info possible about the company I will be calling. That means Info for the building am calling about. ITS ALL ON THE WEBSITE The link is right below. Please follow the instruction below. If any doubts please PM me or ask me. Check the attachment also 1. Please visit the link below. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/newdevs/nyc/has_listings%3A0 2. There are 834 new or converted buildings. As of now the breakdown by District/ Borough is Manhattan (417), Brooklyn (353), Queens (52), Bronx (10), Staten Island (2) The list should be arranged in this particular order. Manhattan with highest number new buildings being First and so on….. 3. You can use MS Word document or excel spreadsheet (It’s Your Choice), each building in each borough should be arranged in a table form as shown above. Please look at table above I have done one for you as an example. 4. Most importantly as shown above– i) All buildings should be numbered 1.2……….834 ii) No more than three buildings per page. iii) All important available Data should extracted and put in tables. What important means to me? Is that, I only want info about 1.Building name & address, 2. Developer or Builder, 3. Architect(s), 4. Sales & Marketing or sales, 5. Interiors or Interior design or Interior decorators and 6. all telephone number that are listed. (Anything missing it’s O.K. because it’s not in our control) Missing info should be left blank. I will fill it later. You need not go on any other site, to waste time, to get info. It’s all on streeteasy.com iv) DON’T BOTHER WITH SALESDATE, OCCUPANCY date, etc I don’t want these. v) All links should be active so that I can follow them to visit a Building and company’s page. See table example above. 5. At the end you should have data from over 834 (-2% error margin) different building placed in table as shown in my illustration. 6.
