need captcha data entry. 20k entries, must be finished within two weeks.

captcha system has IP detection, so IPs will need to be changed often (every three entries). please do not bid if this is not possible for you.

payment will be done through paypal with a credit card. because of the ip changing, rate is $4/1k valid entries.
