Description

We have 611 hand written customer records that need to be entered into a data base. We can provide access to an online database for the entry or you may use whatever application you feel most comfortable using. If you will use your application, the delivered product must be in .csv format with the first row containing field names. Customer records will be shared in .pdf format and viewable in a browser.

The hand written records contain much random data but we only need the following fields:

E-mail address
first name
last name
postal code
Birth month (spelled out fully)

(note that in the US the month is the first digit. (e.g. 12/31 is December 31, 2008)


The records are hand written so we understand that there will be a margin of error. Of course, finished work will be reviewed to confirm that a reasonable attempt at accuracy has been made.

Bidders should be familiar with top level domains so as to be able to recognize obvious omission and misspellings. (e.g. .com, ..edu, gov, .co.uk, .net,) This list is not all inclusive.

Bidders should be reasonable familiar with the 5 or 6 most popular free email service so as to recognize obvious misspellings. ( e.g. aol.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com) This list is not all inclusive.
