Description

I have a word document that is 1 large table with 133 rows and 11 columns. The formatting is preventing me from doing a cut and paste into Excel. I'd like the table re-entered into excel so it can be edited and eventaully imported to mySQL.

Some columns need the data seperated, for example:
One column is a description with a hyperlink. I want the fields seperated into:
1)The original data
2) Just text, no hyper link
3) Just the destination URL

Attached is a sample (3 rows) of the data in the original imported format and the format I would like. (Top is bad, bottom is good)
