I need copy/paste work done.

On http://www.dk-kogebogen.dk go to
Udvidet Søgning (in the left menu)
Scroll down – tick the box called
Med næringsberegning
Click Søg

A list will become visible:
Select the first item on the list: (currently: !! Den bedste Æble Tærte!!
Scroll down to where you see:
Næringsindhold pr 100 gram
Energi 969 KJ (230 kcal)
Protein 3.5 gram
Fedt 10.0 gram
Kulhydrat 32.5 gram

The figures.. together with the headline and the URl needs to be copy/pasted into a CRM as per attached:

This needs to be done for all recipes on the list (approx 1200)
