Virtual Assistant Required for Real Estate Investing Company.

We are a North American Real Estate business. We are looking for a
“people friendly” assistant who can speak excellent English and
gather and process information from potential clients. Ability to
build rapport with people over the phone and solicit information a
must. Inputting, calculating and processing information, as well as
follow up and internet research are all needed. This virtual
assistant position is enjoyable for the person with computer and
people skills.

You will be responsible for the following:
* Receiving and returning calls from our Real Estate marketing;
interview sellers as well as Realtors and others with potential
properties for sale
* Excellent English - listening and writing
* Detail oriented, taking down accurate information, filling in
missing information from research on internet, calculating
information as instructed.
*Good project management skills – follow up and timeliness important
* Customer / client support (emails / phone calls)
* Contact management software, use of website back office
* Prepare documents as instructed, faxing
* Detailed tracking and accountability for hours worked

* Reliable internet connection necessary

You need to have fast turn around times and be able to work Mon-Sat
with part of your workday during US time zones, mostly Central Time.

Daily time amount worked will vary, no set amount of time needed per day.

Available and flexible a must. Work will include online work that can be done

Anytime and phone work that will need day hours.

Requirements:

* Ability to speak and write English language
* Excellent communicator
* must be detailed orientated, efficient, focused, good with numbers
* Microsoft Office experience
* Must be available by email and skype, good internet connection
* Discretion and integrity is a required.
* Responsible and reliable

Upon acceptance:
1. Sign a NDA( Non Disclosure Agreement) and NCA (Non Compete Agreement)
2. Trial work periods are : one week, one month. Work for one week to see if we have synergy (you will be paid for all work completed). A decision for ongoing employment will be made after the initial evaluation period.
