Web research project

I'm looking for someone to do some web research for me and enter the results into an Excel spreadsheet.

The project is to create an Excel spreadsheet of contact information of non profits, and foundations in the Bay Area, United States (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Marin etc)

listing:-

org name
contact person
email address
(if no email snail mail address)
job description or note
website

There may be multiple email addresses on a site for different jobs and people, and if so, I want them all. Sometimes there is only a general email address published. It varies between site to site.

The spreadsheet terms should be standardized, so that it is easy to sort.

I'm looking for someone smart, fast and well organized to do this. I don't think it is more than 300 or entries max.

Please let me know your price" for filling out the spreadsheet, and also cleaning it up by removing white spaces, notes etc. Only completed entries, with all of the fields filled in will be accepted. Give me a quote for 100, 200, 300 entries.

If this goes well, there may be more work in finding more organizations, and possibly in setting out a mass e-mail campaign

There is a minimum of 100 entries required

I will need data results no later than Sun Feb 22nd... speed and accurasy are important here
