Description

I have the list in this format:

example @ gmail.com
john @ gmail.com
marketing @ gmail.com

But I need them in this format:

"ID","email","date"

id is the #, e-mail of course whatever @, and date with time I think.

"1","example @ gmail.com","2009-01-07 20:44:51"
"2","john @ gmail.com","2009-01-07 20:44:51"
"3","marketing @ gmail.com","2009-01-07 20:44:51"

Is there a way you can help me with without giving you the email list?

Also, if I do have to give you the list, how long can you upload via ftp in that subscribe.csv folder.

This is really simple I think, hope you can just help with this and lets get this over with.
