Description

Develop a marketing database in Excel for contacts in targeted companies in specific countries. Details needed include name, title, company, email, direct number, company number, city, company website.

Project is urgent and needs to be completed within 3 days.

You would need to be very efficient with internet research as the information needed will not always be readily available on the company websites. It will come from general google research, trade conferences, company newsletters, company websites, etc.

Names sought are senior level executives only. So anywhere from 3 to 10 people per company based on the size of the company.

This project will consist of about 50 companies, and there could be as many as 200 contacts.

The project would need to be submitted in three parts. First part of first 20 companies, after one day, then the next 20 companies, on the second day, and then the remaining companies on the 3rd and potentially the fourth day. First priority will be names, titles, company, city, and contact number. The direct phone numbers and emails can be provided in the end.

When bidding, please provide details on how you will go about gathering such information so quickly. What tools will you use, what research techniques, etc. This will help me understand if you have done this type of work before.
