Description

The role is for a part time telephone technical support personnel for 2 months. We expect relatively low volumes of calls.

The person needs:
- PC and broadband internet connection
- Call needs to be answered through Skype.
- Good technical background.
- Very good command of english spoken and written and preferrably neutral or american accent.
- Understand our products and should be able to trouble shoot technical customer issues on phone.
- Customer care
- Able to work in US timings.
- Succesfully worked for US customers handling and making customer calls.

Preference will be given to call center freelancers based in kerala in india. But others also will be considered.

Our budget is between 250 USD per month as relatively low volume. The job is for 2 months.

Hello, I would love the opportunity to work with you. My experience with Customer Service and Administrative Assistant duties consists of over 15 years. I have worked in Human Resources in the past which I have over 6 1/2 years experience. Plus, I have been working virtually for over 3 years. My customer support skills are very strong. I have attended many workshops and trainings over the years. Right now I have 2 Part Time clients. One of them I answer all his incoming Customer Support Tickets that come in through email from his website. I check them several times a day everyday. Then I respond to their questions based on the information given. I have been working with this UK based client for over 2 years. My other client, I answer his incoming phone calls and emails. He has his customer service number forward to my office and my cell phones 8-5 EST, M-F. This way his customers get a live person. I also answer or forward the emails that come in to the email he has provided me. His customers get a quick response. My people skills are excellent and I have great phone demeanor.
