Hello Professionals,
I need an experienced & professional Craigslist ad posting team.
The project is long term project.

I am looking for a team that has a back end CRM that a user can go into and setup their ads for you to post, I've seen this in the past.

Requirements/Description:
1.You are able to post 50-200 posts daily - Seven days a week.
2.You have all the systems in place for successful posting (US IP-switch, gmail addresses, etc).
3.You can achieve a high stick rate with your posting methods.
4.You have good knowledge and experiences on CL posting.
5.You are well organized and pay attention to details.
6.You have to be able to post in USA Eastern Day Time.
7.You are able to answer my communications in a reasonable time period(Via: yahoo messenger, gtalk, skype).
9.You provide daily verified links that stick at least 24 hours
10.I will not pay for ghosted ads.
11.You have to provide a report with ads links daily after posting (all ads will be checked)
12.Ads will be post in Real Estate For Sale Section.
13.I will pay via GAF.
14.I'll provide you with ad text and titles to rotate in the postings and where to post. I'll also provide the ads.

* YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE POSTING TO CRAIGSLIST. YOU MUST BE AWARE OF CL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
