As of right now – I have several clients the use my posting service to get their information out to the internet mass. Each client I have tailored a package to their project, time frame & budget. For your project to truly work it will take longer than 30 days to get truly great results, I would have do several things to ensure your project is successful. I will use “Big Al’s list of Free Classified websites” which has 400 free classified websites plus another 100+ social sites & blogs. From that list we would use only the top ranked sites according to Alexa.com to gain maximum exposure in a short time period. Building a Googlebase account will also help achieve page 1 rankings & a sub-site will be needed to be built via Isites, free from google. These are great organic tools to move to the 1st page placement, I will also create several Gmail accounts to help with posting of ads or blogs as not to seem like spamming, all account will have mutual access for both users & daily accountability will be shown via these accounts as well as all CC to your main email account. I would need any logo’s art work, company bio, pre template ads and contact info to help create the needed info on all sites to be used. From the list of free classifieds, blogs & social sites, we then set a daily ad limit to be posted with preformatted ads (I will also create variations from the original that you provide) MySpace, Facebook, Twitter & LinkIn are consider the leaders in social media and are needed part of today’s internet marketing efforts of any business. Proper bio’s, logo & contact info with daily updates, post or blogs will be required as well. 3-4 tweets a day. With Twitter it’s more important to have more followers than to have more followings, currently right now my biz account is max out at 2001 following (and has been for 2 weeks now) but every day I get followers who want to hear or Tweet what this Twit has to say. It all about branding the message over & over 8-10 before they trust you & decide to use your service. I already have 4 accounts created for marketing purposes as well as From 1996 to 2007 I was either worked for, owned or managed 5 different real estate publication in Vancouver, Wa, Sacramento California & Tucson Az., the franchise book I use to own was called “The Real Estate Book” you may already have or did use this fine publication and it’s great tools to help an agent to get the best bang for the buck.
