We require a talented Freelance writer to rewrite articles for a company that rents to tourist both Apartment & Farm houses for short term holidays. We also only want Native English speaking writers - Also, if you are going to have excuses or not respond to our e-mails when the deadline is nearing, don't bid.
We are looking for someone that could describe or re-write professionally the descriptions of this properties. We want to have a long term working relationship with someone that is able to do high quality descriptions, that is reliable with deadlines and also that works on a fix price for each property description.
We will be sending you several essays on each property taken from different sources. What we need is for you to unify them, by picking out their information from each one and merge them together in a nice description of the property.
Each article will be based upon a certain property and should be written in an appealing way but will have to still stick with the reality of the property description, we have had writers in the past that where exaggerating instead of describing a cottage they were describing it like if it was an medieval castle!
Articles will have to be written with SEO search ranking considerations/keyword optimization.
Please insert the following in requirements: Mention each keyword no more than 4 times per page and split the usage somewhat equally between paragraphs. Two mentions of your most important keyword in the first paragraph is the only real exception. And be sure you mention each toward the end of the page to show overall consistency and topic authenticity.
The articles should be unique, and even though a few of the properties/articles will be about the same or similar, they should still be worded differently enough to be considered different articles even if they cover much the same information.
Upon receipt of articles we will review and give comments/revisions to be made.
We would like to receive the articles as they are written so we can review/revise while other articles are being written.
We have already 10 descriptions to make as a start.
Please on your bid specify the price that you will charge to re-write PER-description.
Articles varies to be from approximately 300 up to 1000 words per article.
Please specify on pm two (2) different prices one for short and one for long articles.
We need the articles in 8 days after the service provider is selected.
Please find attached a sample of description that you will have to Re-word in order for us to choose you. (This description will be paid to the winner writer).
The writer must have the ability to write and speak fluently in English
- You should check for any grammar or spelling errors
- All rights, copyrights will belong to us after the payment.
- You must be reachable by email promptly.
- Articles need to be delivered on time.
- All rewrites must pass through COPYSCAPE for uniqueness after rewrite.
PAYMENT: will deposit 50% of the money in escrow at the start of the project. The balance will be send on escrow only after the complete of the project. We will release only after reviewed the articles.
