All,

I am launching 10 minisites related to local real estate. Example: aurorailhomesforsaleDOTorg

I need 10 unique, 200-400 word, sales/seo write up to be shown above the listing. Each one has one particular keyword. The keyword for the site above is "aurora il homes for sale". You can include information about the real estate agent, general real estate, information about the area, or some reasons why they would buy in that area. I dont want it to look like a hardcore sales pitch, more subtly provide intriguing information.

-Must be written in perfect English. Natural English flow, as a fluent first language person would write, I shouldn't have to edit it to make sense.
-I must have the first one, for the site above, within an hour and a half.
-All 10 must be completed within 24 hours.
-Payment will be via GAF escrow and released upon completion.
-I will provide full details of the sites and keywords to the project winner.
