Hi, you sent me an invitation to bid on this project. I'm Richard with "Richard Write's Guide to Cheap Copy" blog. I've been involved in writing all of my adult life. I worked for 8 years for a monthly magazine, and for two years with a weekly newspaper, as well as many years as a freelancer. I currently own and edit a bi-weekly newspaper...but my real love is for copywriting. My prices are competitive with those who speak and write terrible English....but my grammar, spelling and style are impeccable. As a journalist by training, I have a commitment to deadlines that is unmatched. I also have red hair, if that matters. Let's see if we can work together. Attaching my portfolio.

I will agree to provide 100 articles of 500 words at a pacing of 10 per day at a rate of $2 per article. I will not negotiate a different rate for these 100 articles. Length and terms of contract can be negotiated after the initial 100. Many of us are seeking out ways to change our lives for the better. That pursuit is part of what starting this blog is about for me. Changing for the better; an odd phrase when you think about it. Would anyone purposefully change for the worse? Would you be like "I am way too healthy and happy. I think I will start smoking...crack". We make decisions and changes and choices without really looking for the real reasons we do them. I think that is why we fail so often. The action taken will not satisfy the underlying need we are trying to satisfy. Take exercise for example. Why do we start to exercise in our 30's, 40's, or 50's? Fear of imminent death is probably one driving force, but there are others. Vanity is not to be overlooked ( he wrote punishly); loss of sex appeal: "If I lose weight more people will want to do me" Or perhaps it is a need for change: 'I am divorced now and must recreate my body for a new me in a new life". Most of us spend little time figuring out why we take an action and sometimes actually sabotage our success at said action. We do this because somewhere deep in our subconscious we know it isn't the right move for the right reason. Keeping with exercise, I will give you an example. You are ready to change things and want to start exercising. You look at your busy life and decide "I am going to get up at 5 am and start exercising everyday". A noble thought, but the last time you were up at 5 am there was a birth imminent. You are not going to get up at 5 am and part of you already knows that and so exercise isn't going to happen because you sabotaged it. You sabotaged it because it isn't the answer to the need you have. In short, think before you do. Be introspective for a while. And if you still want to stop having to clean the guacomole off the remote every night, try exercising at night for a while. Go for a walk. Workout with a video. Have more sex..for longer (foreplay never killed anybody, you know). Once you are getting your happy helping from exercise that you will actually do, then use that to motivate you to get up in the morning. Eventually, you will have more energy all day from working out in the am. But only if you really do it. That's a thought from Some Guy On The Internet
