Boutique Wineries (www.BoutiqueWineries.com.au) is an online boutique wine gateway, currently representing over 130 wineries from wine regions all over Australia. Boutique Wineries focuses on providing customers with easy and convenient access to the wines made by many of Australia’s finest, yet small, boutique wineries. This access gives the customer the opportunity to enjoy beautiful wines that are otherwise difficult to find.

Many of our customers know Boutique Wineries as the place to find that particular wine that they once tasted on a winery tour, and yet haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Boutique Wineries is also “the place” to enjoy wines with a difference. While there are over 2,000 wineries in Australia, the customer will be hard pressed to find the majority of them except at their cellar doors! So, there are a lot of beautiful, fine wines out there that we just don’t ordinarily get to hear about... wines from all of the wine regions across Australia.

When ordering through Boutique Wineries, the customers are ordering direct from the winery, just as if the customer were at the cellar door. The winery packages the wine and sends it straight to the customer.

Project Purpose

The purpose of this project is to tie together some pre-written articles to create 12 x newsletters that are interesting to read. This includes:
• Writing an introduction and conclusion to each newsletter
• Collating the pre-written articles to create 12 x newsletters

Project Scope
----------------------------
We are creating 12 x newsletters that will be sent to our mailing list on a monthly basis.

The newsletter format will consist of:
- an introduction
- 1 article about a wine-related topic
- 1 article about a winery
- a short closing statement/paragraph

The articles are already written.

The scope of this project is to:
1. Collate the articles into the newsletter format
2. Write an introduction to the newsletter that **:
- Introduces the 2 articles in the newsletter
- Refers readers to the blog at www.boutiquewineries.com.au/blog/wineloversblog.cfm (in some newsletters, not all)
- Sets the scene for the newsletter
- Is about 100 – 200 words
3. Write a short closing statement/paragraph that wraps up the newsletter in a friendly way, being relevant to the subject of the newsletter **.

** The format shall be slightly different for each introduction and conclusion. It needs to be kept light and interesting; remembering that the same people will be reading each newsletter and therefore the content should not be repetitive.

The 24 pre-written articles (i.e. 2 per newsletter) and a suggested newsletter template will be provided.
