I need 4 ghost-written web content articles written for me. Articles will be on space saving furniture and home decorating tips, etc.

You'll be writing articles such as...

-Space saving fireplaces
-Small living room chairs
-Sofas for small spaces

...and more.

The articles I will need written will typically just take the content from previous articles I have written on my website. They will just need to be written over completely. However, in case I decide against it you must be able to write well on your own in case I don't want articles pulled from pre-written content.

I may also outline an article for you and you simply have you write according to the outline. But again, this may not be the case so you should be self-sufficient and work well on your own.

I ask that you provide how-to information without a fluffy approach. I don't mean to sound harsh but I consider most fluffy articles to be horrible articles dressed up with a exclamation marks and an overly-happy tone to compensate for them being so horrible.

So I want someone who can really just lay the information out nicely with personality but not with fluff.

I will send you information on one article at a time and as that one is written and successfully completed, I will send you information on the next one. That way, neither of us will be overwhelmed. I find that to be the easiest way to address web content and communicate with one another.

You'll have a full week to write each article. So that's one article a week.

These are other things I may ask of you...

-If I don't send you an outline to go by I will ask that you outline the article yourself before writing it and send me the outline so that I can see your objective for it and correct it if I think the outline is heading in the wrong direction.

-Once the outline is done I will then ask you to write two to three paragraphs of the article and send it to me so that I can make sure you're also heading in the right direction with your writing and can correct you if I foresee a problem.

-You must be willing to take instruction well and be willing to do rewrites, if necessary. The outline and sample paragraphs should help you avoid unnecessary rewrites, but of course sometimes it's not possible. So I will need you to be willing to do them if I think the article is way off base. I won't take advantage of you and will be very fair but I will also be meticulous. I don't want to waste my money on junk articles that do nothing for a reader.

-You must be willing to write articles around 750-800 words.

As I said, currently I need 4 articles written. But I'm looking for someone who can write for me on a regular basis who will eventually write around 4-8 articles for me a month. That would then translate to two articles a week. So, this job might lead to more work if I'm happy with how you write the articles and we work together.

Preferred forms of communication between us is by email. Also by instant message, if the information is needed in a hurry. However, email will likely do just fine most of the time.

With all that said, I'm very easy to get along with and very detail-oriented. I will leave you very explicit instructions that will not have you questioning where to start and how to go about it. The whole process between us will be well organized.

Please consider providing a sample of articles you've previously written to put in a good word for yourself. However, this isn't mandatory.
