Description

I need links from PR2 and greater sites. Must use do follow with different IP addresses. They must be relevant to the site. Please put in PM how you plan to get these and how they can help me rank higher then my competitors. Budget is $100 for the 1st month, but will definitely increase it to $150 from 2nd month.
