Description:	Hi - we are looking for copywriters who will work for low flat rates and then bonus's upon meeting our clients guarantee. We typically guarantee a 1-2% conversion rate on brand new long sales letters, 20% optin rate on new squeeze pages, and 35% conversion rates on simple "zip code" landing pages for or "1 click through" bridge pages often seen in auto insurance market. Many times - the client already has proven conversion rate - and we simply guarantee to increase their sales by 30%. I'm looking for a copywriter who will sell me "time blocks" of 10 hours at a time to write copy, research market, write split tests, and create "order concepts" for my web design team. You need not know any HTML - just as many conversion tips/tricks/strategies as possible. Your bonus payout will be in the $150 ball park range if it is beating control piece for first time by 30%. If you then re-beat conversion rate by another 30% - it is a $250 bonus - and if you then beat the 2nd control piece conversion rate by another 30% it is a $500 bonus. You will also earn your hourly wage and I will buy time blocks of 10-30 hours at a time --- also required will be watching a series of video's I provide describing how to create "work orders and critiques" of the landing pages our web design team creates.
