Description

I am looking for someone who loves European Soccer and is able to write previews about upcoming matches. You need to be able to do a some research about the teams involved, some of their recent games and then use this to argue who you think will win.

The leagues to be covered will be English Premier, Championship, Division 1, and English Cup matches involving these sides. Champions League, UEFA Cup and other major European matches. Major international matches too.

Premiership
West Ham United are 15 in the table after 15 games. They have won 5, drawn 3 and lost 7. At home they have won 3, drawn 1 and lost 3. Away they have won 2, drawn 2 and lost 4. They have a goal difference of -5.
Tottenham Hotspur are 17 in the table after 15 games. They have won 4, drawn 3 and lost 8. At home they have won 3, drawn 1 and lost 4. Away they have won 1, drawn 2 and lost 4. They have a goal difference of -4.

Spurs won this clash a couple of years ago 3-4, but in all the times they have met in the last 10 years, they have only won here twice, but West Ham have only won 4 times with 2 games ending in a draw.
After a reasonable start to the season, West Ham had a terrible run through October losing all 4 games but in November they have only lot once (at home to 8th place Everton). They drew at 12th placed Middlesboro and at home to 7th placed Portsmouth. Recently they beat 3rd from bottom club Sunderland and managed a fantastic draw against top club Liverpool (at anfield) last week. If it wasn't for those last 2 results, they would be in the relegation zone now, instead of 3 points clear of it.
Spurs had a dreadful start to the season, running through till their UEFA Cup loss to Udinese on the 23rd October. Since then however, they have only lost 2 games (Fulham 2-1, and Everton 0-1), winning 8 and drawing 1 (away at Arsenal 4-4).
Their wins have been in the Premiership, League Cup and the UEFA Cup, but they include beating Liverpool at home twice, 2-1 in the Premiership and 4-2 in the League Cup.
Even though Spurs are doing badly in the League, this is because of their early season form. They should stuff West Ham tonight in their climb back up into safety.
