Description:	I need an ebook project completed. It's on the subject of "Professional Selling". It's to be written from 1 person's perspective and should be more informative of "insider techniques" and "secrets" and not just an analytical study of the subject. It is face to face, in person selling, not online or telesales (although these may be mentioned). Sales techniques only, and no marketing. (the difference should be defined) It must be action based, ie, an educational,progressive cognitive learning guide providing good sound advice and a little "out there" thinking each day to entertain and maintain motivation for the budding sales reps. A cognitive "action a day for 30 days" approach with a short quote at the end of each chapter to summarize the content. I have written example relevant chapter headings (about 40) and provided 8 completed chapters which will need to be re-written to conform with the writing style of the entire project and should give you a good idea of the overall tone. These can be changed, deleted or added to to create the completed project. Each chapter should be about 1-2 pages long. Target audience is up and coming sales representatives, and more experienced sales people looking for refreshing strategies. From retail to real estate, the key principles of successfully influencing people are the same and this perspective should be emphasized. Some research areas will be provided for study if needed. Knowledge of NLP, Body Language, Hypnosis, seduction, building trust and rapport, and other self help subjects would also be useful. There are 3 sections: 1. The Professional Sales Process (10 chapters) 2. Advanced Techniques (around 30 chapters) 3. Bonus Section: Getting Recognized! (5 chapters) This task would be ideally suited to someone with a sincere and passionate interest in the subject already. Your existing research and experience will be a great advantage. Also, a casual and effective communication style keeping it simple and entertaining. Additional work may be required for auto-responder sequences and sales copy once the project is complete. Project length: 80 - 100 pages writing. Final edit and images will be added by myself upon project completion. Example "Advanced Techniques" Chapter headings might include subjects like: Transitions and Fluidity Questioning Techniques Forget The Decision Makers, Find the Leader Emotional Decisions Sensory Indicators Pain and Pleasure - The Ultimate Motivators Your Competition Pre-empt anticipated problems Introductions Impact Statements Direct your customer.
