I believe the PDF's have been created using cells but have been successfully edited before without problems.

Simple text changes but the content may need moving around slightly to make it fit and look balanced and professional. They can be seen here parkingdynamics.co.uk/installation

For someone with PDF editing experience they should be straight forward.
