I need a copywriter with Excellent writing skills that can research and write high quality City and County descriptions for a real estate related website. The pages should be keyword rich, contain approximately 750 words each, optimized and search engine friendly. No boiler plate or spam… each article must be different from each other and completely original – no cutting and pasting from websites!!!

All articles must have a mix of location, real estate and social attributes discussed as well as inclusion of demographic data from the Census Bureau: http://factfinder.census.gov/home/saff/main.html?_lang=en

The total number of articles currently needed is approximately 165. We will contract for articles in blocks of 10 to 20 until all are complete.

Assuming all goes well, we will have ongoing need for 5 to 10 articles per week after that.

Ownership and copyright to each article transfers to my company after payment.

Meeting (or beating) deadlines is critical. If you have a history of missing deadlines, please do not bid!

Please post writing samples. We need a writer (or writers) who need no editing!

Bids should be based on a cost per article.
