Summary Scope of Work:

This project was awarded to another writer on this service who we never heard from after the initial award. This has been our experience 50% of the time with this service; consequently, we now offer a 10% advance down payment you must accept so we can rate you negatively if we never hear from you again after award. If you do not accept the advance down payment we will cancel the project and go out for re-bid. We run a business here and not a hobby. We want to develop a relationship with professional writers we can use over and over again. So far we have only enjoyed the services of one such writer and they cannot keep up with all our work. Please be advised time is of the essence on this project. Do not bid if you cannot meet the schedule!!!

General Requirements for All Products:

1) All articles shall be furnished and formatted in a separate Microsoft Word 2003 file with a unique file name.
2) Each article shall include a 2 to 3 sentence article summary above the headline. Summary does not count toward minimum article word count.
3) Basic Search Engine Optimization Requirements: Each article shall include the following two key word phrases: 1) car and truck auctions 2) cheap car auctions online. Each article shall incorporate the both keyword phrases in each article as follows;

a) One keyword phrase used in article headline
b) Each keyword phrase used at least 4 times in content and it shall be in bold
c) Second keyword phrase in at least one sub-headline

4) All articles must be fresh words to avoid penalties by search engines.
5) Cannot reuse similar articles prepared for another buyer.
6) Need signed release of copyrights by writer in pdf file format prior to full payment.

Resources Provided By Buyer:

1) Buyer shall provide a file containing raw material for the articles to be written. All articles must be rewritten. Most of required raw content to complete this project is included in this buyer furnished file.

Research:

Writer may need to research the internet for additional raw content.

Schedule Milestones:

1) Bids submitted by close of business July 3, 2008, Time GMT -05.00
2) Award by close of business July 4, 2008, Time GMT -05.00
3) Articles for website completed by July 11, 2008
4) Other articles completed no later than July 15, 2008.
5) Schedule is essential. Do not bid if you cannot meet schedule.


Detailed Scope of Work:

Note: RM refers to the raw material section included in the buyer provided file.

f) Public or Online Cheap Car Auctions Online? – at least 600 words. RM #6

2) 16 Articles for publication on the internet

These articles shall be shorter re-writes of specific articles identified in item #1. The articles need to be 35% different in word content to avoid penalties by the search engines. All articles shall be at least 500 words and no more than 600 words. Each article shall include a 2 to 3 sentence article summary above the headline. Summary does not count toward minimum article word count.

1)Payment by escrow as follows: 10% advance downpayment which must be accepted 24 hours from award. 40% after articles for website are submitted and approved. Balance on submission of other articles.
