I need a proficient anecdote writer. I need anecdotes to be written on the topic of "English-Mandarin Bilingualism from a Global Perspective" in Mandarin

The writer should be proficient and experienced in English and Chinese Bilingualism; through the anecdote, convey how the world perceives English and Mandarin bilingualism.

Requirements to take up for this project are very strict, and if you are awarded, be prepared to do quality work . The writer is free to express his/her views on the topic.

Payment is via Paypal only. The fixed price is at $2 per page. DO NOT BID if you are not ok with the price. Each page is at least 400 words. i need about 50 pages.
