I worked for a state agency as a technical writer/data analyst until the job was phased out due to privatization. I wrote training manuals for in-house software, (Workers' Compensation), as well as re-doing a 10 year old manual regarding policies and procedures for software testing and end-user FAQs. I also assisted in implementing the online filing system for workers' compensation, which included: The Mission Statement, Employer Responsibilities, Employee Responsibilities and the FAQs concerning not only the software, but how the workers' compensation procedures worked as well. All projects included screen shots using SnagIt and Power Point Presentations. I am an expert in researching projects and do so in a timely manner with perfection my number one asset.
