Description

In need of three, 1-page sales copy/landing pages for U.S. real estate site targeted toward home-buyers. Writer MUST have successful examples from real estate field. Knowledge of psychological ad attributes is expected. If copy can also be formatted in HTML for easy integration with site, that would be a big plus. Future projects will likely result from successful completion of this first one. PM with any questions.

Details:

- 3 different sales/landing pages needed to test each one's effectiveness in ad tests
- Will be used with PPC campaigns- write the copy accordingly
- Must be one page and only long enough to get prospect interested (no 10 minute long reads)
- clear call to action, reinforced discretely throughout
- prominent display of incentive (vacation) associated with ad
- leave place-marker for 2 phone numbers and an email address

Components to promote:

- Receive a 3 day/2 night getaway (no timeshare presentations) when coming in for a consultation
- Receive home listings before the general public
- Great time to buy with lower seller expectations and low mortgage rates
- Testimonials will be provided on the page
