I need 4 Language content writer.Spanish,Russian,French and Arabic

Requirements for the job -
1) You must produce 2-3 articles (Per Language) on Weekly basis with no compromise with the quality.
2) You must be available on IM(Yahoo or GTalk) while you are working on the articles for giving periodic updates.
3) You must be a fantastic researcher for the given keywords/topics.

What to mention in the PM to be considered?
1) Sample of Articles
2) Where are you from? - Exact City, State, Location
3) How many articles can you produce daily?
