Description:	I'm searching for a copywriter to edit my title and description for pages on my website. I have around 48 titles and description that need editing/changing. As you know the Page Title is the first thing that humans read in the Search Engine results, it needs to be compelling. It must suggest something of value to potential visitors. After reading my title, they should want to investigate further by clicking to my page. My Specific Keyword must appear in the Page Title, but should only appear once. The keyword should be near the beginning (second or third word is ideal; fifth is the farthest). Both humans and engines look for the topic of a page to be prominently featured in its title, which means sooner rather than later. The description also needs to be compelling. It needs to be attractive, without being misleading. A gentle, good-natured tease will do well. Provide a lead-in to some information that my potential visitor can't live without. The Specific Keyword must appear in the Description, but should only appear once. Obviously you will have to read the page on my website first and then describe it in a short sentence. The titles and descriptions are here www.best-investment-property-tips.com/site-map.html Additional Description: To give an example what I am looking for lets say the keyword is "Cheap Dubai Hotels" The title could be "Top Cheap Dubai Hotels and Accommodations," (which becomes the link in Google search engine results page) The Title should be around 65 characters or less. That is 65 letters not words The description should be Maximum 200 characters, 150 is better. For example "Some of the resorts on Dubai offer pretty scary prices. If you're looking for cheap Dubai hotels, here are the best ones..." Do you see how the description works well here? After all, who wants to blow their entire vacation budget on accommodation? Can you see what I am after? I'm looking for catchy lines to entice my visitor to click the results page from the search engines to my website.
