Description:	Need a 2 part information article--First part is Where To Buy A used Car--Such as dealerships, superstores, auctions, private owners,banks or credit unions that have repos, etc. Needs to list the advantages and dis advantages of each. Also sample sites and web addresses if online. 2nd part is How To Finance, once again listing the advantages and dis advantages of each. For example--dealerships offer convience but the interest rates will be higher, credit unions usually offer lower interest rates. There are a lot of online finacing as well, perhaps listing advantages or dis advantages etc. Prefer someone with experience in this srea, but if not someone who can do some online research and write good detailed descriptions of the advantages/dis advantages. The content of the article itself is mostly based on the advantages and dis advantages, perhaps a small introduction pargagraph would suffice for each of the 2 topics.
