I am looking for an article writer to forge a long term commitment with.

-> Articles needs to be 100% original - no rewriting,copying from other sources,...
-> They Need to pass Copyscape and other duplicate content methods
-> Each article needs to be 400-450 words long
-> Articles needs to be easily readable to every person
-> Perfect english grammar ( no slang, no grammatical or punctual errors ) - professionally written ( I understand that people do mistakes, but if there will be lots of them I won't provide payment )
-> You are learning person willing to do a research if you are not familiar with article theme ( won't tolerate inaccurate informations )
-> Once you send me articles I'm owner of them and you are not allowed to redistribute them

I will pay up to $2 per article.
