Description:	This is a really very simple project... If the writer satisfies our company with his work, we will make sure to hire him/her (them) full time with a good pay-scale or commission basis. Most of the work that we receive is statistical / financial. (Statistical work to be done on Excel, Finance based work to be done in Word) This project is to be done on MS Excel and the objective is to calculate "REGRESSION" of the property prices of U.K. against the following factors: 1. Base rate of the Bank of England. 2. Inflation. 3. Employment Rate. 4. Increase in population. 5. Immigration. 6. Construction/supply of houses based on demand. By calculating regression we will be able to successfully overcome our objective which is to find out the factors that affect the property prices in U.K. Regression for 15-20 years is to be calculated. The data extraction will be the sole responsibility of writer. You'll have to inform the sources from which you got that data in anther sheet in Excel. Most probably I'll chose the writer within a few hours and get this done by tonite since this project won't take more than 1 - 1.5 hrs. Writers who are willing to do this by tommorrow(morning IST) are also welcome. But please note that you won't be paid if the calculations are wrong. For now you must have a yahoo! chat ID, once we hire you on a full time basis, you will be required to have an Skype ID with microphone. Writers from all countries are welcome, as long as you don't mess this up. BID FOR THIS EXCEL FILE(this project) and another word file which will be about 500 words (both bids individually in message boards or PM) and will explain the 'how to's' of the project.
