I need a full-time (may take aprox. 8-10 hours per day) YouTube video downloader, watermarker, and uploader who can download, watermark, and upload 100 different YouTube videos per day.
Very Good english, very good sales copy, and highly-targeted lead generation, knowledge required. Experienced YouTube Video marketer preferred, but not required. Must start immediately after being hired.

-You will be given 100 different links to YouTube videos per day to download, watermark, and upload to a given video sharing website including YouTube, DailyMotion, Google Videos, Metacafe, Yahoo Videos, and 86 other video sharing websites ( you will be given 1 website per day to upload 100 different YouTube videos to)
-You must download each YouTube video with a YouTube or any Online Video Downloader( you can use YouTube Video Downloader and Converter – KeepVid at http://keepvid.com/ )

***Two days of NON-PAID test Video downloading, watermarking, and uploading will be required before I will be hiring to ensure quality work (if the work is quality, within 3 days from starting, sales should be generated. The test will be for 100 different videos downloaded, watermarked, and uploaded per day for TWO days. If the work is of quality you WILL BE PAID for those two days as well as be hired to work every day as a permanent postion.

Budget: $0.18 per video x 100 = $18.00 per day. To be paid out Weekly (Unless other arrangements are made). If you can "GUARANTEE" 100% quality work then you will have the opportunity to eventually take on more work. If this work produces consistent sales for the first product, I will then promote 40 more products. I will need 100 different videos downloaded, watermarked, and uploaded per day per product. So there will be plenty of work for you to earn more money$$$!!

Bonuses may be given to reward consistent good work!
For every month of SUCCESSFUL post completion you will be given a $75 bonus!

If you are awarded the contract and any of the requirements are not met, there will be no payment. If you cannot meet on these requirements please do not bid.

******VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: I want my Youtube videos to be almost exactly watermarked like this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2sXxd2LvoU . I need someone that will be able to add a 2 second screen in the beginning of each Youtube video ( as shown in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2sXxd2LvoU ) that says "Want to see the full movie NOW?" plus, a watermark throughout the rest of the video at the bottom that says SeeThisMovieNow.com . And I need someone that be able to add descriptions and tags. I need someone that will be able to create a channel with all videos like this channel http://www.youtube.com/user/julyette25 If possible, please show me proofs of your past work.
