Part time virtual assistant – For Ayesha

part time virtual assistant that will perform these tasks

Create Blog posts on our blog network (you will receive word documents and paste them into the blog, add keyowrds and links)
Write and submit comments on other blogs (short 3 -5 sentences in reply to blog entries)
Manage Link exchange (search for appropriate links, contact web masters, send the link info back to us)
Manage 3 way links exchange

This work should be done daily (excluding weekends), for 2-3 hours a day max.
Skills you will need-
Internet savvy – know how to browse sites, find sites, contact site owners etc.
know what is anchored text OR willingness to learn (its not complicated)
experience Blogging
experience submitting comments to sites
experience with social sites
good control of the English language (you WILL be asked to do some writing)
communicate with webmasters over email
experience working with MS excel, word (MS office or Open Office)

Good results will lead to bigger, longer working terms.
Minimum time for this project is one month, payment will be per hour or day.

You are expected to report back (via email or IM) on a daily basis (every day).
You are expected to perform your work in one sitting (meaning you do not spread it over the whole day, once you start you keep working the full time agreed upon)

If you will fail to report in the end of the work day, or will not communicate with us for more than 3 days the project will be catcalled. No payment before the first full week of work, we pay for results.

Reasons we might cancel the project -
lack of communication for more than 3 days
lack of attention to the requirements of projects (we ask quality sites and you provide porn sites)
poor results over a few days (asking for 20 link exchange emails a day and you send 4)
in any case we will not waste your (and our) valuable time and if we see that work is not progressing we will canal after the first week.

Reasons we will increase work load and extended more projects
good solid day to day work
good learning and motivation
over delivery (we ask for 20 emails and you send 30)
strong communication (5 emails a day)
good reports (good excel and word report in the end of each working day)
good results (within 20% of target – we ask for 10 links and you get 8)
