Description

I need asap FULL TIME Filipino content writers and a Virtual Assistant. You have to be living in the Philippines. You’ll be expected to work FULL TIME for me ONLY and NOONE else (no other projects or jobs).

Here are the GENERAL requirements for content writers and virtual assistants:


1. You must be willing to work EXCLUSIVELY FOR ME FULL-TIME and not be engaged in other jobs or projects. Full-time means AT LEAST 8 hours per day (5 days a week).
2. You will need to be available online during your working hours. I’ll need to contact you via instant messenger and email.

3.I will be looking at your desktop during your work hours through screen sharing software (not all the time) to make sure you are doing the work correctly. So, you will need to install it on your computer.

4. You must be prepared to report two times each day. Once in the middle of the work day and again at the end of the work day.

5. You can NOT be associated with an agency. I only wish to work with an independent contractor.
6. You are not allowed to sell the work you do for me.

7. You must have knowledge of Internet marketing and SEO.

8. You must be a resident of the Philippines.


Here are the requirements for the content writers :


1. You have to be able to write and communicate in excellent English.
2.You have to be able to write product reviews and articles for review blogs or niche blogs and sites.
3. You have to write impeccable articles and/or blog posts (fully proofread)
4. You have to be able to write so well that i can't tell you are not American. You will need to be able to write in a conversational easy to read manner.
5. You have to be able to research and write on any subject i give you (Internet marketing, health, woman issues, go green , dating, weight loss…).
6. You have to be able to make the articles interesting or informative, they have to be good to read.
7. You have to be able to rewrite articles using Dupefree pro (free tool) : your rewrites will have to be at least 90% unique according to that tool and errors free. No duplicate content.
8. You have to be able to write an article/blog post from scratch.
9. Article writing experience required. You must have the ability to write excellent quality articles and/or blog posts that have been fully proofread and ready for submission or posting.
for the articles :
You will be writing 3 to 4 that are 250 to 350 words in length (per hour) based on keywords and keyword phrases that will be provided to you. They have to be SEO optimized.
For the blog posts :
You’ll be expected to write 3-4 blog posts (250 words) per hour; they have to be SEO optimized
The Blog Post Title -
The Blog Post Body (250 Words) (3 or more keywords / key-phrase)
The All In One SEO Meta Tags - Title (3-10 Words)
Description (140 Characters or more)
Meta Keywords (6-10)
I will need the articles for article submission, squidoo lenses, hubpages,web2.0,….. and the blog posts for blogger blogs, my own blogs….

10.You will be expected to write other types of content, including ebooks, press releases (training provided for press release), etc.
11. You’ll be expected to provide half of the articles in the middle of the working day and the remaining at the end of the day.
12. Occasionally, you’ll be expected to submit articles to directories or post to blogs, do some social bookmarking, SEO and link building.


Here are the requirements for the Virtual Assistant :

You MUST HAVE SEO EXPERIENCE!

These duties will include...

~ Forum posting
~ Blog posting
~ Article submission
~ Backlink building
~ Social bookmarking
~ Search Engine Optimization
~ gmail, youtube and web 2.0 accounts creation.
~ create squidoo lenses, hubpages and bloggerblogs (I’ll train you if necessary)
~ other online and web related tasks.

Payments :
You’ll be paid twice a month on the 15th and on the 29th of each month through GAF (direct transfer) or paypal.
For the month of june if you start right away, I’ll pay you on the 27th of june if you prefer through GAF (direct transfer)

HOW TO APPLY

Your CV (Resume) stating past experience in Content Writing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (for the content writers) Samples of your writing.
For the VA, tell me more about your experience as a Virtual Assistant;
Tell me when you can start, how many hours a day and which day you want to work, ….

Your DESIRED MONTHLY SALARY.

You have to be motivated. I hope to find people really interested in their job and willing to work for a long term for me (if you plan to quit after 2 weeks, don’t bother bidding)
