I need of highly qualified GOOGLE and YAHOO SEO person to increase website traffic, page rank and offer effective services in Link building including web content writing, On Page Optimization, Article Submissions, Social Bookmarking, Press Release Writing & Submissions, Forum Posting, Reciprocal Link Building, Directory Submissions, Blog writing & Postings to high Pr Blog Sites and also Guaranteed One Way Links.

I have two websites that needs to be ranked on the first page of Google under certain keywords which I will provide. Also I will need to have my site re-done by a Google SEO professional person and fix to get top ranking and be approved within Google’s guidelines. Need to add correct Meta tags on web pages - (I will provide titles & keywords)

The work must be done within all of Google's guidelines.

Also write new product Press release for me and can submit these PRs to at least 100 PR distribution sites

- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
- The page our link is placed on must be PR5+, not just the site's main page
- There is no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days
- Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Link page should be only from English language sites
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
- No sites banned by google.
- Must be manually submitted.
- No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once.e.g. 6 to 8 per day /250 per month
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
- No blacklisted or spam sites.
- You must also provide me with a list of the top ranked PR5+ links which I will verify. List to be emailed to me in excel format for my approval before starting
The links must be PERMANENT & LEGIT.
