Description:	We are looking for a knowledgeable and highly ethical SEO individual (not company) who can help us broaden the reach of our website. The site is 6+ months old and is well ranked in the major search engines following an extensive keyword optimization and content development program. We now need to build highly relevant, one way themed backlinks and longer term develop a presence on key social networking websites. Our website sells an extensive range of tea related products and gifts so familiarity with this particular industry will be important. This project will entail creating 40 quality one way backlinks from PR 3+ industry related websites (no more than 20 outgoing links per page). The links must be MANUALLY AND ETHICALLY SUBMITTED (no automation software) and: 1. Originate from PAGES with PR3+ 2. Originate from SITES relevant to tea or gift related industries 3. Originate from SITES authored wholly in English 4. Be PERMANENT 1 way links 5. Be on UNIQUE, geographically diverse IP addresses 6. Be on STATIC html pages 7. Appear on PAGES with at least 2 inbound links from different IPs 8. Appear on PAGES cached by Google within the last 45 days 9. Be indexable by Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other SEs 10. Link DIRECTLY to the URLs we specify 11. Originate from PAGES with no more than 20 outbound links 12. Originate from SITES in the top 500000 in Alexa Absolutely NO Paid or no follow links, redirects, mirror sites, adult / porn sites, link farms, forums, classified ads, article submission sites or any site excluded from search engines, blacklisted or banned. 10 of the links can be directory related as long as we don't already have a backlink and they are either tea or gift related. Backlinks from UK related sites are preferable although not mandatory. We will supply anchor text combinations and full website details to the winner bidder.
